My classes
My pregnancy yoga classes help to ease out the physical body, relieving common ailments in pregnancy such as low back ache, rib pain or tight lower leg muscles. The class also helps to prepare & open the body ready for birth. I include valuable breathing techniques such as ujjayi & golden thread breath, to help you stay grounded & relaxed during the birth of your baby. Alongside these benefits, there is also the opportunity to relax, rest, & connect with your growing & developing baby & the needs of your pregnancy.
My mum & baby yoga classes offer a safe space for you to connect & bond with your baby whilst also connecting with the needs of your postnatal body. Movements are included to help ease out the physical body & gently rebuild strength following pregnancy & birth. The class also incorporates baby yoga & baby massage so your baby is included in your practice. Each class ends with a relaxation to help you re-energise & restore.
My yoga for mums class is designed to give you the time and space you need to unwind and relax. I use gentle movements and flows to help open and release the body, as well as to build strength and stability, before taking deep rest to restore and re-energise at the end of the practice.
One-to-one sessions
I also teach private one-to-one sessions. These can be tailored to your needs, wherever you are in your pregnancy or postnatal journey.
