My Relaxed Birth Practices mini online course is a set of breath, relaxation and visualisation practices. These practices are specifically designed to support you during your pregnancy and to help you prepare for a calm, relaxed and empowered birth for you and your baby.

I used these practices during both of my pregnancies and births. I also found the breath and relaxation practices to be beneficial postnatally too, as they helped me to relax and rest with a newborn baby!

The videos I’ve recorded guide you through each practice and explain how the practice is beneficial during birth to keep you feeling relaxed and connected to your inner birthing instincts and intuition.
