My Yoga for Mums class gives you the time and space you need to unwind and relax. I use gentle movements and flows to ease out the body, as well as to build strength and stability, before taking deep rest to restore and re-energise at the end of the practice. I also incorporate breathing practices to help you feel calm, centred and relaxed. Come and enjoy some well deserved time for yourself to connect back into your needs and desires, and to start your week feeling centred, balanced and energised. If you’re feeling exhausted and overwhelmed and want to reclaim your energy and balance this is the class for you!
