My mum and baby yoga classes offer a safe space for you to connect and bond with your baby whilst also connecting with the needs of your postnatal body. Movements are included to help ease out the physical body and gently rebuild strength following pregnancy and birth. The class also incorporates baby yoga and baby massage so your baby is included in your practice. These baby movements can be helpful with common conditions such as wind, constipation and colic, as well as helping your baby’s development and coordination. Each class ends with a relaxation to help you re-energise and restore.
Classes are suitable from six weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post caesarean. Please wait until you have seen your doctor for your postnatal appointment before commencing classes.
I am currently taking a break from teaching mum and baby yoga classes as I have a new full-time job which means I don’t currently have availability to teach daytime classes.
