My Vinyasa Flow classes combine mindful movement with breath awareness. I start with a breath practice or short meditation to help you arrive into the space physically and mentally, before guiding you into movements that are aimed to open and prepare the body for the theme I am offering on the day e.g. a particular posture/set of postures or working with a certain area of the body. These classes tend to be stronger and more dynamic, but there is always the option to rest or modify the practice if you need to. As we move towards the end of the class I will slow the practice down and guide you into shavansana (rest) so leave feeling rebalanced and reenergised as you move into the rest of your day.
