Join me for my Summer Wind Down Yoga Workshop to find time and space for yourself. Enjoy a morning of nurturing and restful yoga to help you wind down and restore as we move towards the end of summer and shift into the energy of autumn.

We’ll start the morning with a short guided breathwork practice to soothe and ground you, helping to press pause on the busyness of your life and to press play on connecting into how you are feeling on the day. The morning will offer you time and space to use as you need to, whether this be to move, to be still or to rest. We’ll flow through a gentle nurturing yoga practice that will help to release any aches or tension held in the body. Towards the end of the practice we’ll incorporate slower movements and postures that are held for longer to help prepare the body for deep rest. We’ll finish with a guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) practice to help you rest and relax so you leave feeling refreshed and re-energised as you move into the rest of your weekend.

There will be plenty of time to tune into your needs and energy levels so you can tailor your practice to suit your needs on the day. As always there will be time at the end of the workshop to enjoy tea, snacks and sharing together.

What’s included:

  • Guided breathwork to soothe and calm the body, mind and nervous system

  • Two hour gentle, flowing yoga practice to ease out aches and pains and release tension

  • Guided relaxation for deep rest

  • Refreshments including tea, coffee and snacks

  • All yoga equipment needed for your yoga practice

Spaces are limited so ensure you book early to avoid disappointment!

There is also the option to stay at Sensate Spa after the workshop and use the spa facilities which include hot tub, sauna and plunge barrel. This is at an additional cost and you will need to book directly through the spa here.

My workshops allow time and space for you to drop into your practice and yourself more deeply. Life can be so busy that it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of your to do list. This workshop will put you first and give you time to:

  • Create space and ease in your body with gentle, releasing movements to soften any aches or tension

  • Find space mentally and calm your mind

  • Relax and rest so you feel renewed and re-energised

  • Arrive home to yourself and your needs

  • Find a sense of balance and calm
