What’s Included?
Weekly live, online yoga classes to ease aches and tension in the physical body and to help build strength and stability.
Fortnightly pre-recorded breath/meditation practices to connect you to the present moment, creating a sense of steadiness and calm.
Fortnightly pre-recorded yoga nidra practices (yogic sleep) for you to take deep, healing rest leaving you feeling restored and relaxed.
Bi-monthly live online talks from a variety of experts to support you on your postnatal journey including nutrition advice, pelvic floor health and mental health support.
Sessions are a mix of live, online and pre-recorded online content.
All sessions are available for you to view and refer back to for the duration of the programme.

Wherever you are on your postnatal journey, whether you are in the first few weeks of motherhood or you’re several years down the line, the Rest - Restore - Re-energise Postnatal Yoga Programme provides you with a variety of yoga practices to help you feel relaxed, grounded and at ease physically, mentally and emotionally. The practices are tailored to help you regain strength and stability postnatally. Along with tailored advice on nutrition, pelvic floor health and mental health support, the programme truly sets you up to feel supported and empowered on your postnatal journey.
