As we journey into winter, the invitation from nature is for us to slow down and retreat. To come back to ourselves more fully and tune into what we need right now. Autumn and winter offer us the opportunity to celebrate and harvest the fruits of our labour over the past year, but to also release and let go of anything that no longer serves us and that we no longer need.

This women’s yoga workshop gives you the time and space:

  • To meet yourself and your needs as you are.

  • To tune into what is needed at this time in your life and to invite and allow that in.

  • To truly arrive home to yourself.

  • To celebrate your past year, your achievements, your accomplishments, your lessons learnt.

  • To release and let go of anything that is no longer wanted or needed

We’ll start with a breathwork and meditation practice, to help you settle and promote a sense of calm. This will be followed by an asana practice (physical movement), to warm and ease the body, before finally taking deep rest with a nourishing yoga nidra practice (also known as yogic sleep) to leave you feeling restored and re-energised.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are craving some time and space for yourself.

  • You long to move, open and ease out your body, releasing aches, pains and tiredness.

  • You know you have a deep need to rest and restore.

  • You want to find space mentally and calm your mind.

  • You yearn to be present with yourself, without distraction, to tune into your wants, needs, desires, and dreams.

There will be time at the end of the workshop to have tea, snacks and to sit and share in circle with other women. You will be welcome at this time to share anything from the morning you want to. This time and space simply allows you to speak, to be heard, to be seen, to be witnessed, as you are on the day. Know deeply that you are completely welcome just as you are. To say and share as much or as little as feels right at the time. No expectations, no ‘‘shoulds’’, just you as you are and as you need to be.
